Data We Collect

• •Account identifiers you provide (such as phone or email) for sign-in and profile access.
• •User identifiers and device/session identifiers used for account sync, security, analytics, and app functionality.
• •App preferences, reminder settings, bookmarks, highlights, and reading progress used to personalize your experience.
• •Search history and search interactions, including submitted queries, result counts, zero-result searches, and selected results.
• •Product interaction data such as onboarding progress, scripture reading, audio playback, bookmarks, highlights, reminder actions, and donation flow steps.
• •Purchase or donation history, including checkout, payment verification, failure, and cancellation events. We do not store full card or bank details in Moksh.
• •Issue reports you submit in-app, including optional voice notes and diagnostics.
• •Crash, startup, reader, and performance diagnostics when monitoring is enabled in your build.

How We Use Data

• •To operate core app features such as authentication, reminders, reading history, and verse audio.
• •To improve stability, fix bugs, and monitor failures across devices and app versions.
• •To understand product usage trends, build analytics dashboards, measure feature adoption, and improve future features.
• •To maintain durable event history for support, reliability analysis, founder dashboards, cohorts, and future personalization.
• •To process donations and confirm payment outcomes through our payment provider.

Service Providers

• •We use Supabase for authentication, storage, sync, and event history.
• •We use PostHog for product analytics and feature usage measurement.
• •We use Sentry for crash, error, and performance monitoring when enabled.
• •We use Razorpay for donation checkout and payment verification where donations are available.

What We Do Not Do

• •We do not sell your personal data.
• •We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app ad tracking.
• •We do not access your microphone unless you choose voice reporting in Report an issue.
• •We do not run third-party ad networks inside the app.

Retention and Control

• •You can permanently delete your account from Settings -> Account -> Delete account.
• •Uninstalling the app removes local on-device data that is not synced remotely.
• •You can disable reminders at any time from Settings.
• •Some analytics, diagnostic, payment, and security records may be retained for legitimate business, compliance, debugging, and abuse-prevention purposes.
